At Vinst, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vinst.uk. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number] days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team at info@vinst.uk. We will assist you in processing your exchange and provide you with further instructions.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.
